39%

of workers' core skills are expected to change by 2030 (World Economic Forum, 2025)

According to the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025, employers expect 39% of workers' core skills to change by 2030. For 63% of them, skills gaps are the main barrier to transformation.

Disengagement has a price

Gallup estimates that low engagement costs the global economy around USD 10 trillion a year, or 9% of global GDP. Behind that figure are talented people who leave, skills nobody sees and internal moves that never happen because nobody voiced them.

When the tool is useful to the person, the company's view becomes more accurate.

Put employees in the driver's seat

The usual answer is more HR campaigns, more frameworks, more programmes for a few. There is another way: give every employee a real tool to understand their profile, clarify what they want and prepare their next steps. When the tool is useful to the person, the company's view becomes more accurate.

Trust as a precondition

None of this works without trust. Each person's thinking must stay private. What reaches the company must be aggregated or explicitly shared by the employee. Only then do people dare to think about their future, including inside the company. And that is how GDPR and the Swiss FADP are respected, without compromise.

What Lucidity changes

With Lucidity, organisations help everyone grow:

  1. 1Every employee gets a confidential career space.
  2. 2Skills get sharper through use, not only during HR campaigns.
  3. 3Internal moves become visible, with people's consent.
  4. 4The company steers from aggregated signals, never private conversations.
